Delete your data

Want to remove specific data without closing your account? Delete most things yourself in the app, or send us a request to do it for you.

Delete it yourself in the app

Most data can be removed directly inside Marque, and the change takes effect immediately:

• A drive - open the drive and choose delete to remove it and its GPS trace.
• A vehicle - deleting a vehicle also removes its modifications, maintenance records, and build snapshots.
• A modification, maintenance record, or build snapshot - delete individually from the vehicle.
• A photo - remove it from the vehicle or drive it’s attached to.
• Push notifications - turn them off in settings to remove your device token.

Ask us to delete it

Prefer we handle it, or want to erase a category of data in bulk? Email support@getmarque.club from the address on your account and tell us exactly what to delete (for example, “all my drives” or “the photos on my E30”). We’ll verify the request and complete it within 30 days, then confirm by email.

Your right to erasure

Under the GDPR (right to erasure) and the CCPA/CPRA (right to delete), you can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you. We’ll honour valid requests free of charge, subject to limited records we must retain by law, such as subscription purchase records. We do not sell or share your personal information.
