Create your organization on the web and list the cars it runs, with plates and odometer readings.

Send a link. Each driver joins from the app and sees exactly what the company will see before they agree.

Trips fill the logbook
A driver picks a company car when they record. The trip counts as business unless they mark it personal.
A logbook that keeps itself
Each trip carries what a mileage log needs. Filter by driver, car, purpose or dates, check the totals, and download the spreadsheet.

Know what each car needs
Odometers move with every trip. Log services and inspections against each car, set when the next one is due, and see it across the fleet.

Joining is the driver’s decision, and the invite spells out the terms.

- Never shared
- Heart rate, and anything driven in a driver’s own car.

- How do we get started?
- Create your organization, then ask us to activate it from its page. We switch new organizations on by hand, so there’s a short wait before you can add cars.
- What do drivers need?
- The Marque app and your invite link. A driver’s own drives and garage stay private to them.
- Where do managers work?
- On the web. The dashboard has the fleet, the drivers, maintenance and the logbook.
