Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Marque account at any time. This removes your profile, vehicles, builds, drives, uploaded media, and device tokens from our systems.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases:

  • Your profile and onboarding details (name, email, driving profile).
  • Every vehicle, modification, maintenance record, and build snapshot in your garage.
  • All of your recorded drives and their GPS traces.
  • Photos and other media you uploaded.
  • Your sessions and any push-notification tokens.

You have 30 days to change your mind. Deletion takes effect immediately - your account is closed and any publicly shared drive or build links stop working right away - but for 30 days you can undo it simply by signing back in. After that your data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

What we may retain

If you have purchased a subscription, we may keep limited purchase records (such as transaction identifiers) where the law requires us to - for example, for tax and accounting. These records contain no drive or location data. Cancelling a subscription is handled in the App Store or Google Play and is separate from deleting your account.

How to delete your account

Do it yourself, in the app - it takes a few seconds and there is no charge:

  • Open Marque and go to the You tab.
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  • Confirm. Your account closes immediately, and is erased for good after the 30-day grace period.

Cancel your subscription first. A paid subscription won’t stop renewing on its own - deleting your Marque account does not cancel it. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings before you delete.

If you can’t reach the app

Locked out, or already removed the app? Email support@getmarque.club from the address on your Marque account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify it’s you and delete the account for you within 30 days, then confirm by email.

Send your deletion request from the email address registered to your Marque account so we can verify it’s you.
